  • The video should clearly display any missing, damaged, or broken items upon unboxing.
  • The unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package.

If your product arrives damaged or with missing items and you meet the return conditions, please follow these steps:

  • Include your order number, the unboxing video, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that do not have an unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time
  • Items that have been used, opened (without a video), or tampered with
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of package delivery
